I was very fortunate to have Ted Trawick as our realtor. He answered every call or text and answered every question in a way I could understand. He had very helpful suggestions as we prepared our house to sell. He knew the market in our area and correctly predicted how quickly the house would sell. We had good offers within a week of listing and the sale closed only 12 days after the contract was signed! I highly recommend Ted. He’ll make you feel confident throughout the process.

When I was searching for a Real Estate Agent, I sat down with several agents. It was clear after meeting with Ted that he truly knew the ins and outs of buying and selling a house. Ted recently sold my Mom’s house. He is gracious and professional real estate agent. He is friendly and helpful in all areas. I live a couple hours away from my Mom and not always available to be onsite with my Mom and with Ted I did not have to be. He always took my call and answered all real estate questions regarding the sale of my Mom’s house! I would definitely recommend Ted to sell your home!

I am very pleased with the respectful, attentive and pleasant manner in which Ted Trawick helped me find a home. Even though I took my time to see different houses he was always patient and willing to show me as many houses as I would want to see. I would definitely recommend his services as a realtor to friends and family.

Ted is very patient and has a calm mannerism. He went to several different homes in several different cities and took many pictures for us and provided very precise descriptions of those homes to us in order to aid us in buying a home in FL while we resided in MI. Not an easy thing to do. We  bought the house solely from the pics and description he provided.

I had found a property and inquired about it. I do believe it was a Sunday night after 9pm. I sent an inquiry and never expected a response as fast as I did. I spoke to Ted for a few minutes and told him what we were going through with the start of purchasing a home. We set up a meeting with Ted. We purchased our new home in February 2017. We had been doing an exhaustive search and came upon a listing for one of Ted’s listings. I cold called him and with very little notice met us at 7pm that evening to tour his property. We were sold. Ted went ABOVE and BEYOND on that first night and impressed us throughout our purchase process. Ted was always communicative and honest. He was prompt and respectful. He had great knowledge of the surrounding area and if he didn’t know an answer immediately he quickly did the research and supplied it. He was available via phone, email and text. He was a great gentlemen. We closed on our beautiful home in less than 30 days. We could not have done it without Ted

Ted was very pleasant and knowledgeable when we called him and was very prompt in responding to our questions. Ted always responded promptly to our requests and need for information. He offered help with obtaining inspections and working with our lender. He could not have been better. He was very patient and calm when we needed his support. I don’t know where to begin, Ted was awesome. There was days he showed us properties until night fall searching for the right home for me and our family. We looked for about 4 months if not longer until we found our home. He keep us informed and updated about anything that happened, guided us through the process as we are first home owners!
